Summer 2008, Our Move to Mount Jackson We dropped our first batch of chips in our new plant in Mount Jackson on June 6th.  We are no longer doing any production in Middletown. Our retail counter in Middletown will continue to be open Monday-Friday, 9-5. (Call about possible Saturday hours) We will try and keep the over the counter chip supply well stocked, but it may be best to call before you make your chip trek. 1-800-294-7783 We will be officially opening our retail area in Mount Jackson in the fall.  Stay tuned for more updates!!! And, MANY, MANY apologies for any chip related inconvenience and hardship we've caused over the last couple of weeks.   Unfortunately, our production was down for three weeks while we were making this transition and we're working very hard to get out of the weeds and start fulfilling orders. Please bear with us.  The chips are looking better than ever!! To our Mixed Vegetable Chip customers: We are very sad to inform you that we have temporarily discontinued the production of our veggie chips. Due to the high cost of the veggies and the oil, we're taking an extended break from cooking them.
